Project Coordinator

JOB SCOPE

  • Provide effective project administrative support to all shows.
  • Monitor and coordinate the given project to ensure timely completion and meet the deadline.
  • Coordinate the project and liaise with client.
  • Establish contact with exhibitor and ensure all requirements are met with efficient delivery of order.
  • Liaise with the vendor/supplier on the site workability and construction details.
  • Work on ad hoc, creative, fast, organize and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Review and monitor project progress and identify room for improvements.
  • Liaise & maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Present the project proposal including its costing details and proposed design.
  • Ensure all data are properly documented and filed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Mass Communication / Event Management / Graphic Design / Interior Design / Exhibition / Art or equivalent fields.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in handling Exhibition.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Proficient in English, Third language is a bonus.
  • Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Able to manage and lead the team.
  • Willing to travel & work long hours/weekend.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport.

Sales Executive

JOB SCOPE

  • Excellent communication and listening skill with the ability to find connection between company and customer.
  • Planning, Implementation of Sales, Strategy and monitoring all advertising, campaign promotion and event such as Exhibition, product launches, corporate event and other related event for consumer.
  • Prepare proposal, manage tender procedure and coordinate with external parties.
  • To take on any other ad hoc project as when assigned by the Management.
  • To identify and understand clients need and develop comprehensive solution.
  • Develop strong relationship with partner, client and others.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by establishing effective communication with the client and attending to customer complaints and concern.
  • Appointment arrangement with existing client and prospective customer for sales presentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Possess own transport and able to start work immediately.
  • Willing to travel and work overtime.

Graphic Designer

JOB SCOPE

  • Conceptualize and execute graphic design projects and enhance the corporate brand of our growing list of international clients.
  • Constantly develop creative and innovative ideas for designs that meet clients’ requirements and preferences.
  • Responsible for creating designs with high visual impact.
  • Design displays and stands for a wide variety of events, such as: large commercial public exhibitions, conferences and trade exhibitions, temporary displays for roadshows, retailers and galleries.
  • Discuss design requirements with clients.
  • Can lead, drive and motivate a team of in-house designers.
  • Present your ideas as sketches, scale plans, computer-generated visuals and models.
  • Produce final blueprints after discussion with clients.
  • Liaise with technical specialists such as carpenter, lighting technician, printer, etc.
  • Manage the whole design project from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Graphic Design /Interior Design/Exhibition Design/Art/Creative/Multimedia/Architecture or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill : Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other equivalent softwares.
  • Experience in events and exhibitions.
  • Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently, creatively and handle work problems with maturity.
  • Willing to work under pressure and meet deadline.
  • Willing to travel & work long hours and during weekend.

3D Designer

JOB SCOPE

  • Present your ideas as sketches, scale plans, computer-generated visuals and models.
  • Responsible for produces creative designs for Exhibition and Display Stands used at events such as large public exhibition’s design booth, event’s decoration, interior, conferences, trade shows and temporary displays for business, museums, libraries and galleries.
  • Conceptualize the entire event concept and present it using 3D format.
  • Understanding of structure and materials and how they are best used  with strong interior design detailing and coordination skill.
  • To propose booth designs as per requirement given.
  • To provide ideas and attractive design to sales team for proposal.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge in 3Ds Max or Maya is a must, and Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and AutoCAD is added advantage.
  • Knowledge of creating a complete layout, working proficiently in Interior Design, QuarkXPress, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Keep up to date with current design trends.
  • Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently, creatively and handle work problems with maturity & minimum supervision.
